For a let only basis this involves – 

  1. Arranging viewings

  2. Attaining an acceptable offer

  3. Carrying out tenant referencing

  4. Drawing up and arranging the signing of the tenancy agreement 

 

Once the move-in has taken place, a handover will be facilitated, and we will provide you with all the tenants’ details and the necessary documentation needed to manage the tenancy.

  5. Securing the tenant’s security deposit in a DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) account
